Public Transportation
Located about a 3-minute walk (172m) from Exit 4 of Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, it is very accessible by public transportation. Situated in the heart of Cheongdam-dong, it is also easy to find near Galleria Department Store and Dosan Park.
Driving
Valet parking service is available for a fee of 5,000 KRW. Free parking is available for up to 2 hours, and an additional fee of 5,000 KRW per 60 minutes is charged thereafter. Due to limited parking space, valet parking is recommended when making a reservation.

Online Reservation (CatchTable)
All reservations for Jungsik can only be made through CatchTable. Reservations for two months are opened at 11 AM on the 1st of every even month (February, April, June, August, October, December). For example, on April 1st at 11 AM, reservations for May and June become available.
Phone Inquiries
Phone inquiries are available only on weekdays from 11 AM to 8 PM. If phone connection is difficult, you can inquire via email (seoul@jungsik.kr) and receive a response in order.
Reservation Precautions
Due to high popularity, reservations often close as soon as they open, so setting an alarm is essential. Room reservations can accommodate 2 to 10 people without additional cost, and the menu is provided the same.

All menus are operated as courses, and the menu changes according to the season. Each course includes a variety of dishes from amuse-bouche to dessert, and some menus offer options to choose from 2 to 3 items.
Additional Menu

The signature menu of Jungsik, 'Delicious Gimbap', can be ordered additionally for 28,000 KRW. It offers a unique texture using crispy seaweed instead of regular seaweed and is served with truffle sauce. Premium options such as assorted gimbap (additional 60,000 KRW) and special cuts of meat (additional 30,000 KRW) are also available.

The Essence of New Korean - Novelty in Familiarity
Chef Jung Sik Yim presents dishes that sensibly reinterpret the essence of familiar traditional elements like gimbap and bibimbap. The course, centered around premium ingredients such as abalone and duck, begins with refined and sophisticated 'banchan', expressing Korean sentiment in a modern way.
Trending New Menu
Recently, creative new menus such as Pyongyang naengmyeon using truffles and the dessert 'Ulleung Maple' using gorosoe sap have been introduced. Jungsik's unique feature is providing a new gastronomic experience by using traditional Korean ingredients in unexpected combinations.

Floor Composition
Jungsik operates the entire building, with the 2nd floor serving as the main dining hall with tables for 1 to 6 people. The 3rd floor is a private dining room where you can comfortably enjoy a meal in a private room for 2 to 10 people.
Atmosphere and Service
It boasts a luxurious atmosphere like a hotel lounge, with an attractive view overlooking Dosan Park. However, the park view can only be properly appreciated during lunch, as there is no park lighting in the evening, making it difficult to enjoy the view.

Age Restrictions
The main dining hall (2nd floor) is accessible from 13 years old and above. Due to the nature of course meals, it may not be suitable for young children, so please consider this when visiting with family.
Dining Duration
Lunch takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, and dinner takes about 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes. It is recommended to visit with a relaxed schedule.

Chef Jung Sik Yim and Jungsik's Philosophy

Chef Jung Sik Yim is a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and has gained experience at Aquavit and Bouley in New York, as well as at the 2-Michelin star Zuberoa and 3-star Akelarre in Spain. After opening Jungsik in Seoul in 2009, he opened a branch in New York in 2011, leading the globalization of Korean cuisine. 생일겸 남편이랑 데이뚜 맛도 있고 분위기도 좋고 너무 좋았어요!



정말 가보고 싶던 곳인데 운 좋게 예약이 가능해서 방문했습니다. 깔끔하고 유명한 이유 있는 맛입니다. 파인다이닝 경험이 많지 않지만 가봤던 곳 중 최고입니다.




청담에 위치한 한식 파인다이닝 정식당 기분좋은 여운이 남는 식사였습니다. 기회가 된다면 뉴욕의 정식당도 꼭 방문해보고 싶어요 특히 디저트를 사랑하는 저에겐 마치 예술작품이었습니다 런치 코스에는 없는 울릉도 메이플을 추가 주문했는데 고로쇠 물을 졸여 만든 메이플 시럽을 활용한 나무 모양의 디저트는 정말 어메이징 그 자체였습니다. 여자 직원분들 서비스도 친절하게 매우 훌륭했어요. 예쁘고 맛있는 디저트 앞으로도 많이많이 만들어주세요 🤍🤍




청담에 위치한 한식 기반 파인다이닝. 생일기념으로 방문했다. 와인 페어링 8글라스에 맛있는 김밥을 추가했다. 가장 맛있게 먹은 메뉴는 첫 코스 '반찬'과 디저트. 능이육수, 고등어회석박지 등이었는데 순서대로 먹으며 느껴지는 흐름이 좋았다. 디저트는 맛 조합, 밸런스가 만족스러웠다. 김밥은 맛있었지만 개인적으로 김말이를 안 좋아하고 생각보다 얹어먹는 재료와 안 어울렸다. 캐비어 메뉴는 전갱이 요리였는데 자개스푼이 없어 아쉬웠다. 와인은 문제의 소믈리에분이 서비스해주셨다. 설명도 좋고 와인 자체의 퀄리티도 너무 좋았으나 제공량이 적고 와인이 강해 페어링으로 어울리진 않았다. 부모님이나 외국인과 함께라면 추천하기 좋을 듯 하다. 음식 퀄리티는 당연히 있지만 가격을 생각한다면 그만큼 아쉬움도 많았다.




아내 임신 기념으로 정식당에 방문했습니다. 런치 2인에 맛있는 김밥 2개 추가해서 먹었습니다. 아내가 임신해서 술을 못먹어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다 😢 음식 구성은 사진보시면 아시겠지만 한입거리 - 줄무니전갱이회(캐비어) - 전복 - 김밥 - 옥돔구이 - 오리( 한우 선택하면 추가금 30000원) - 잣국수 - 디저트 3개 입니다. 하나하나 너무 맛있고 소스와의 조합이 좋았습니다. 특히 전복과 뵈르블랑, 가자미오일을 곁들인 음식이 베스트였습니다. 메인디쉬는 오리와 한우 중에 선택할수 있었는데 저는 개인적으로 오리가 더 맛있었습니다. 껍질과 지방이 절묘하게 익어서 식감이 훌륭했습니다 👍 그리고 최근 소뮬리에 이슈때문인지 직원들이 무척 친절했습니다!




아주 만족스러웠던 다이닝이었습니다. 음식 맛있고, 사람들 친절하고 감동도 주는 식당이었습니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶네요.

어버이날 기념으로 아이가 예약해서 다녀온 정식당! 그 이름대로 정말 음식 하나 하나에 정성과 멋이 듬뿍 담겼어요 음식 나올때마다 친절하게 설명해주시는 모든분들도 기분좋게 해주시구요 모든메뉴 맛있었지만 특히 전복이 정~~말 맛있네요~~
