This is the absolute legend of Bangidong's food alley! It's so popular that it has expanded to three branches. The first time I went, I waited about 20 minutes, but after tasting it, I immediately understood why people line up.

The biggest charm of their gopchang is that it's filled with tripe! There's no unpleasant smell, and it comes with chives, so it's not greasy at all. Especially, the fried rice is truly a masterpiece, fried in gopchang oil, making it incredibly savory.

Tip: If the wait is long at the main branch, check out the 2nd or 3rd branches right next door! The taste is the same. And the fried rice is a must!

2nd Place: Bangidonga (Bangidong) - The Ultimate in Premium Pork Belly

It's a bit pricey, but perfect for special occasions. The restaurant is spacious and clean, making it perfect for dates or family gatherings.

This is a Japanese-style mixed ramen specialty restaurant featured on Gourmet TV and Master of Living! It's a hidden gem in an alley near Seokchon Lake.

At first, I was skeptical about ramen without broth, but after trying it, it's completely addictive! The special sauce, minced meat, and egg yolk underneath the noodles create a truly unique and delicious flavor.

About a third of the way through, sprinkle a little kelp vinegar for a different taste, which is really amazing. After finishing the noodles, ask for a spoonful of rice and mix it with the remaining sauce for 'Oimeshi'!
