[25년 7월 방문] 야끼소바와 오꼬노미야끼로 유명한 곳인것 같아 방문하였습니다 ! 오픈된 주방앞의 닷지석에 앉아 먹었는데, 주말의 홍대는 핫플이라 일행과 대화하기는 너~무 힘들구 그냥 셰프님들 요리하는거 멍때리면서 구경하긴 좋았어요. 음식은 그냥 평범쓰한데 웨이팅이 힘들어서 뭔들ㅠ 맛없는 건 없었어요 다만 야끼소바가 마니 짜서 물벌컥벌컥 마셨다는 후기.. 야끼소바의 참나물토핑과 채즙 가득한 버섯은 제법 맛있었어요. 오꼬노미야끼는 토마토향이 나나? 싶은 토마토소스를 뿌려드셨는데 바삭하면 바삭하다. 쫄깃하면 쫄깃하던가. 이런 확실한 식감에 집착하는 저에게 물렁거리는 오꼬노미야끼 내취향은 아니었습니다.. 너무 좁고 정신없고.. 홍대 이 동네가 저랑은 안맞는 곳이라 그런가 싶지만 웨이팅부터 진빠짐 + 분위기 힘듦 가격은 홍대라 생각안했지만 진입부터 식사과정 마무리까지 기빨리는 시간이엇읍니다ᆢㅎ 친절은 하시더라고요. 바빠도 메뉴설명은 잘해주심 이 식당이 서울 중심가가 아닌 어느 한적한 동네맛집만 되었어도 지금보다 더 좋은 기억이 남았을텐데요... ㅠ 아 솔직히 웨이팅 할 정도는 아닌것 같아요 (그냥 홍대안갈레ᆢ)

사진용이라는 느낌... 오코노미야끼맛을 기대하고 가는 곳은 아닌거같아요. 야끼소바는 맛있었어요 정체성은 알수없는데 무난한 정도. 웨이팅할정도는 아닌거같은데 한번은 먹어보거나 꿀조합같은거 있으면 그런걸로 먹어봐도 좋을 거같아요. 많이 짜니까 술이랑 먹을만한 느낌도 있고요.
개인적으론 야끼소바가 더 맛있었음 처음 먹었을 땐 맛이 오묘해서 신기했는데 먹다보니 끝맛에 살짝 매콤함(?)이 있어서 안물리고 계속 먹게 됨 오꼬노미야끼는 내가 생각했던 맛이랑 많이 달랐음 흔하게 생각하는 빠삭하게 구워나오는 느낌이라기보단 소스랑 양배추랑 같이 먹는 느낌? 친구는 오꼬노미야끼가 더 맛있다고 함 11시 40분에 방문했는데 앞에 6팀 대기 있었음 ㄷㄷ 밥 다 먹고 나갈 땐 13팀 대기 중이던데 갈거면 일찍 가시는걸 추천..
