Special Dongchimi Preparation Method

The secret to the unique taste of Samgyori Original Dongchimi Makguksu's dongchimi lies in using autumn radish, cabbage, onion, and green onion, and aging it for over a year in a -2℃ storage. The cold dongchimi made through low-temperature aging has a sharp and tangy taste and is served with floating ice.

Buckwheat King Dumplings
The buckwheat king dumplings made at the in-house factory are large enough to be cut in half to eat. The dumpling skin made of buckwheat is soft, and the filling is packed, making it a popular menu item.

Dongchimi Makguksu
On top of the buckwheat noodles, seaweed flakes and coarsely ground sesame seeds are piled high, with chopped radish pickles and half a boiled egg as garnish. The noodles break easily but are not tough, preserving the texture of buckwheat.
Suyuk and Buckwheat Pancake

Suyuk is served with seasoned dried radish strips, along with lettuce, garlic, chili, and ssamjang. The buckwheat pancake is served in two overlapping pieces with a thin and crispy texture. It is also recommended to wrap the suyuk in the buckwheat pancake with seasoned dried radish strips for a delicious combination.

워낙 유명한곳이라 대기필수에요 개인적으로 회막국수가 맛있었어요

돌고돌아 막국수는 역시여기!!!!! 메밀전도 맛나요~👍




동치미 막국수 시원하니 맛나요ㅎ

한참 들어가서 먹었는데 고소하니 맛있어요 수육이 가격대비 양이 좀 적었지만 맛은 진짜 맛있네요-

다른집으로 오인해서 네비찍고 온곳인데 맛있네요ㅎㅎ 수육이 넘 맛나구요~~ 유명한 다른곳 집보다 가격이 착했어요. 막국수도 맛있는데 좀 안시원해서 그부분만 조금 아쉬웠어여~~ㅎ 동치미국물은 살얼음인데 면이 안차가워서 넣어도 안시원하더라구용




찜해놓은곳이라 드라이브 핑계 삼아 점심 먹고 왔어요~동치미도 맛나고 수육이 비계도 쫄깃하고 고기는 부드러워 너무 맛났어요~
